What's your order processing time?

In-stock items: Ships within 2-5 business days.

Pre-order items: Ships within 1-3 months, depending on the item. MXTX tarot is estimated to ship in June 2025. Delays may occur, but I will post on social media if there are any updates or changes to the timeline.

Combined orders: If you order both in-stock and pre-order items together, your order will ship once all pre-order items are ready. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Where do you ship?

I ship from the United States and offer international shipping to many countries worldwide, but if there are any issues with your location, I will contact you directly. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees
upon arrival.

What's your shipping policy?

Free US shipping over $100 and $20 off international shipping over $120.

✨Domestic

US: USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Business days) or USPS Priority Mail(1-3 Business days)

✨International 

Canada: 1-2 weeks. Shipped via USPS. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees upon arrival.

Other Countries: 2-5 weeks. Shipped via Pirate Ship from US, local delivery will usually be your local post office. I ship to most countries, but if there are any issues with your location, I will contact you directly. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees upon arrival.

- Customs Clearance - 

Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. I am not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

- Delayed and Lost Packages -

We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.

I am not responsible for lost packages or items marked as delivered. Please make sure you have your items delivered to a secure location. If an item is missing in transit we I will try my best to help locate it.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

My policy is no returns, exchanges, or refunds unless under special circumstances such as receiving a damaged item, an incorrect order, etc.

In such cases, please contact me with your order number, providing relevant details and proof. I will review your request and provide a resolution accordingly.

My package might be lost, what should I do?

If your package seems to be lost, please start by checking the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to see if there are any updates or delays. Next, contact the corresponding carrier with your tracking number to investigate the issue.

If the tracking shows the package is being returned to sender, once we received the returned item I will arrange to reship. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

Can I combine in-stock items with pre-order items?

Yes! If you combine in-stock items with pre-order items they will be held and shipped together once the pre-order items are ready.
